25. DECISION MAKING @ Work - It's needless to say that dilemma is the worst enemy for anybody's progress. Leave productivity, it will impact heavily on the normal process as well. A person in dilemma cannot take any proper decision. So, it is an individual's responsibility to improve the decision making skills which depends on analysis and experience.

Take alcoholic and distance yourself from your emotional issues with money. There is so much more to this topic than just dollars and cents-how we deal with money becomes part of our identity. Maybe you had plenty growing up, and never 'learned the value of a dollar' and developed bad spending habits. Maybe thailand training agenda was very cash strapped, and money still remains this never-enough, status-symbol concept that fills you with panic and resentment. Whatever the emotional baggage is, step away from it. An ADHD coach or other member of your support team could be very helpful with that.
Unfortunately, the "hot job market" mentality leads many people to think short-term and to base job decisions primarily on the size of a compensation package and on whether the company is in a "hot" field. (The latter is referred to as "wanting a challenge"). Smart workers think long-term and recognize that one of the real career challenges today revolves around finding an employer that knows how to manage its business so it will "survive to play again" next year.
20. RECOGNITION @ Work - Everybody expects recognition and due respect at work and feel sorry if they are not getting the same. However, very few of them take proper measures if they are not getting what they want at work. It's the employee's responsibility to analyze what improvements they have to undergo for getting due recognition at work and at the same time, its management's responsibility to create an atmosphere where employees can exercise their right for recognition at work.
The Blazers and Miles parted ways. Under NBA rules, if Miles plays enough games, his fat salary counts against the Blazers' salary cap. Miles, who is closing in on the 10-game threshold, was recently cut. Someone in the front office realized--correctly, I imagine--that a competing team might snap up Miles and play him simply to cause financial injury to the Blazers. Paying a stray hand is essentially at the management's discretion. Some people report exactly what I saw -- casino employees verifying the hand and then paying it off.
